Stevan Paul

b. 1969, is a German food stylist, journalist and writer. A former chef, who worked in top restaurants, he was also a TV chef and has co-authored cook books with Tim Mälzer. Under the pseudonym Herr Paulsen, Stevan Paul writes the food blog NutriCulinary.com.
